Shipping Policy

We ship to Canada, the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Europe, and other destinations that are available at checkout.

Shipping rates

• Canada, the contiguous United States, Europe, and other eligible destinations: Standard shipping is $9 on orders under $60. Orders of $60 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: Shipping is $15 on orders under $60. Orders of $60 or more qualify for free standard shipping plus a $6 remote delivery surcharge.

The remote rate applies to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Checkout and delivery

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated at checkout using the shipping address entered for the order. If a destination is not eligible for delivery, it will not appear as an available option.

Estimated delivery information, when available, is shown at checkout. Transit times can vary by destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

International orders

Orders shipped outside the destination country may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities. Unless the checkout states otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address accuracy

Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. Address changes may not be possible after an order has entered fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help with an address.
